1. What does “Comportarsi Superi” mean?

“Comportarsi Superi” comes from Italian roots and reflects our philosophy — behave superior, to carry yourself with excellence. Our brand embodies tier1 strength and discipline.

2. Where are you located?

We’re proudly based in Deep Bend Landing, Waynesville, Georgia, USA, and we ship our products nationwide.

3. How can I place an order?

Simply visit our online store at Comportarsi.com, browse your favorite styles, select your size, and click Add to Cart. Once you’re ready, head to checkout and complete your purchase securely.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. Your payment details are encrypted for protection — we never store full card information.

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping Time (U.S.): 3–7 business days depending on your location

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

6. Do you offer international shipping?

Not yet — but we’re working on expanding worldwide shipping soon!

7. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

8. What is your return or exchange policy?

We want you to love your order. If something doesn’t fit or meet your expectations:

  • You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

9. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help!

10. How do I know what size to order?

All of our products are oversized for a loose-fitting baggy style. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing down for a more relaxed feel.

11. Do you restock sold-out items?

Some pieces are limited edition, but many popular items are restocked. Follow us on Instagram @comportarsi_superi or sign up for our newsletter to get restock updates first.
